Detection loops are embedded in the track’s surface at the start and finish line and at intermediate timing points along the track. A detection loop works as the system’s antenna. It picks up signals from the transponders and passes them through to the decoder. This loop is especially for the MYLAPS GoKart system and put’s the activation field on the detection loop. It comes with a switching wide-range power supply to power the connection box. The loop can cover 12 meters track width and the power cable and coax are 20 meters long.
