The Andreani SP5+ is the most advanced filling and vacuum machine in the Andreani product range. Designed for professional suspension service, it makes filling and vacuuming shocks and cartridges faster, easier and more precise across a wide range of suspension types and brands.

The process is highly automated and controlled through a new, more intuitive graphic interface. The large touchscreen guides the operator through each step and displays relevant information in real time, making the SP5+ straightforward to use even for less experienced technicians.

One of the major new features is Multiple Vacuuming Mode, allowing two shocks or cartridges to be connected and vacuumed at the same time. This significantly improves productivity and reduces working time in busy suspension workshops.

The SP5+ also features an increased total oil capacity of 7 litres, providing greater working capacity and making it suitable for larger suspension units, including automotive shock absorbers.

Up to 9 customised programs can be stored, with individual settings for different times and pressures. This makes recurring suspension jobs faster and helps ensure a consistent and repeatable service process.

The automatic Off-Set Adjustment compensates for variations in atmospheric pressure depending on altitude. This optimises the vacuuming process whether the machine is being used at sea level or at higher elevations.

A practical storage area on top of the machine also provides convenient space for tools and accessories.
