DEP Exhausts produce a huge range of 2 stroke expansion pipes. Each has been manufactured from high quality CR1 grade, mild steel. The thickness of the expansion pipes ranges from 0.9-1.2mm (depending on the model and purpose).
The 2 stroke stamping's are produced through their very own deep drawer process, using CNC cylinder mounts and also feature in-house laser cut mounting brackets, all fabricated with high quality TIG and MIG welding.
All models are available in the Raw bare metal (factory) finish.
Each pipe has been developed with DEP's in-house DYNO and track testing, to ensure performance has been improved over the bikes OE pipework.
